Builds 19 - Call Centres Data Reporting

@sam.mckay that’s a clean minimalistic dashboard. How long did it take for you to put together this entry?

@DianaB Hey look who is back again with a bang. Awesome entry with killer bar charts. As always, your entries are very unique and full of creativity. I haven’t forgotten about your challenge # 3 entry on HR Data Insights. That report is still one of my favorite!

@lbarron20 ,

Eager to see your report, but I suspect when you published it you may not have taken the additional steps to publish it to web. When I try to view the report, I get the following error:

If you are having trouble publishing to web (some employers block that feature to prevent accidental publication of confidential data), you can always send your report to @FPastor or me, and we can publish it out for you and send you the link.

@DavieJoe ,

Major bonus points if you can use the new Power BI features to overlay those gorgeous pie charts on a map… :crazy_face:

All,

WOW!!! I been so busy with content and tools rollout, as well as deep in the weeds trying to finish my own Challenge #19 entry that this is really the first chance I’ve had to go through and look at the submissions so far. Really incredible work across the board, and I’ve been thrilled to see lots of new names alongside some of the regulars. For a relatively simple dataset, the range of approaches, analyses and visualizations employed is really fascinating.

Kudos to everyone who’s participated so far, and hopefully more to come over the weekend.

If you’ve already submitted your entry, one thing I would really encourage you to do is to work up a report detailing your thought process and approach. These are both a great way to document what you did for yourself in the future (I refer back to my old reports all the time) as well as to share with the community and increase everyone’s learning and understanding. (Shout out @BernatDuran - great write up on your report already).

Thanks to all for your engagement and participation – I can tell you are already making @sam.mckay’s and @PascalKiefer’s judging job incredibly difficult.

Finally, shout out to The King @FPastor and his team for running a great challenge.

Gotta run… back to my report.

– Brian

Hello @FPastor

I’m taking note of your pressurized support :wink:.
Really busy week. But I’ll do my best to send it on time. For the sake of your mental health. :relieved:

That is a special feature, I’ll try and work it in, just for you! :world_map::pie:

@Josimar_Biosse

Thank you :smiley: It is part of the challenge, the pressurized support. When we said that we will try to recreate real work scenarios we meant it. This is just an example of your line manager whispering behind your back, at the office, I need that report by closing date or else :sunglasses:

I do really appreciated your effort.

Thanks
