I have just tried starting the “Ultimate Beginners Guide to Power BI” course and none of the videos will play. I have tried the Introduction https://app.enterprisedna.co/app/player-course/1?chapter=1&item=3 and Resources Explained https://app.enterprisedna.co/app/player-course/1?chapter=1&item=4 videos but it looks like the video is going to play but then I get the message “Sorry, there was an error loading the video”. Not a great start! I have asked my manager to try from another location and she gets the same problem so it’s not my account, computer or internet location. Videos in other courses appear to play fine for us both.
i just tested mine and works fine for me here. I know i had to click on the play button maybe you are expecting to start automatically.
Just a thought.
