Set Filters or Visual Dynamically in a Tooltip

Hi,
I have a report where a fixed target is set using visuals or filters. The requirement now is to implement a logic where this can be controlled from the tooltips. That means that I should be able to use the tooltip page like a setting hub that I can go to and decide what a target should be so it cannot be set in the main report.

From the image above, Re-order’s Target is set using an expression. But I want to put the logic away from the report into a hidden page where the value of the Re-order’s target can be changed.

I honestly don’t think it’s possible to do this via tooltip, but you can definitely do it via page navigation and synch slicers. The first time I saw this done was in @sam.mckay 's outstanding Data Challenge #6 entry:
