Previous platform progress

I know you have told the users this, but how do you pick up the progress from the courses or partial courses taken on the previous platform, e.g. I did the Super Users Workshop and the DAX Patterns courses, but these are shown as zero progress in the new platform.

Thanks for reaching out.

Due to our recent migration to a new platform, some certificates/courses completed from the old one usually doesn’t migrate automatically on the new platform.

For transferring the progress from the old platform to the new platform, you can check out this forum post for the instructions > Updating your Completed Courses and Certificates
