Multi Dimension Sorting in a clustered column chart

I have a clustered column chart where on the x-axis I have a time dimension [in this case FY Year and Quarter]. On the legend I have DimOrg[Organization State]. I’m filtering out the top 3 States per each FY Year Quarter using a measure titled [Rank Spend by Org State].

The issue is that I would like to sort by in the Clustered Column Chart FY Year Quarter descending and w/i FY Year Quarter sort by ranking of totla spend for the state. I’ve searched the forum for a couple of days and figure I needed to ask. I have a sample file attached. As output I essentially like for would like columns under FY2021 Q1 to be sorted by total spend in descending order within that Year Quarter. Picture of dashboard below, link below.

Hi @bslyew

Unfortunately there is no option to dynamically change the Sorting of Legend based on the values. I have also gone through several posts on Power BI Community and can conclude the same.

In fact, there is no option to even change Sort Order Manually however that can be handled by creating a separate table with Sort Fields but nothing can be for dynamic sorting.

Thanks
