How get value line wise after subtraction of Credit Memo Amount from the total amount

You only have to subtract the Total Sales measure from Total CM and it will show you the value by line. I guess you are confusing the DAX calculation with excel. I would advise you to go through the beginners course to clear the concepts that will help you a lot.
