Holidays in Date Table

I have been working with Melissa’s extended date table but I cannot find instructions for adding holidays. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Once you have your holiday table in place, when you invoke the query for @melissa’s Extended Date Table, it will ask for the column in your holiday table with the dates of the holidays.

Once you specify this, it will automatically incorporate the holiday dates into the relevant fields of the date table.
