@stefan , Give this a go. Make sure you are using the "Field Value"conditional formatting option. Highlight = SWITCH ( 'IS Template'[Income Statement Items], "Total Revenues", "Red", "Total Costs", "Blue", BLANK () ) Please let me know how this goes. Brian
