Decrypting the encrypted data created using always encrypted option in SQL server

Hi,

I’m facing a unique situation with one of my clients. They have encrypted the data in sql server db using always encrypted option. The requirement is to have the data in DB always encrypted but, in the report they want to surface PII fields in the report. Is there any feature in Power BI or a work around to decrypt the data while importing? Is it possible with Power BI Desktop or Power BI report server or Power BI report builder?

I found an article but, wanted to get your expertise.
