Can we create cascading filters in Power BI like that in SSRS.
Meaning, the result of 1st filter used to filter the 2nd filter ,which filters 3rd one and so on.

Yes, it’s definitely doable. I use this technique regularly in my reports, though it often requires some level of denormalization of the dimension tables. The other way to accomplish this is through the use of bidirectional relationships, though that is definitely NOT a recommended approach. Please see the thread below for more information on this issue, including an excellent article on the perils of bidirectional relationships.
