YTD = ( Total + Year filter)?

I know, this might be a silly question, but just for clarification, is Sales YTD the same as the SUM of all Sales in the dataset with a year filter on it? Assume the FY year starts in January and ends in December.

Won’t need to change anything if you already have your FY setup with the starting month of Jan.
