Video Playback Error

Hi,

I am unable to view videos under " Ultimate Beginners Guide To DAX" topic.

In fact there is no playback for any of the videos. They error out and I get a message reading “Sorry, there was an error loading the video”. I have tried refreshing, changing browsers, clearing the cache…nothing works.

Please suggest.

Hi @Anirudha_B,

Mine is working fine. I would suggest that you send a message to customer support along with a screen print of the error so they know exactly what error message that you are getting.

I attempted to play it on another machine. It is working fine there.

Looks like my work machine has some policies applied which is affecting the video playback.
