URGENT: Builders Login Issue

Have tried every way to log in with my credentials and have not been able to create nor access an account for EDNA Builders - have tried via my dashboard as well as separate web page and still get an error saying Error - Failed to fetch -

I have tried to get help via the Chat, have emailed 3 different emails and got a bounce back from each - the most recent bounce error was:

Additionally, I attempted to contact customer support via the provided UK hotline number, but the message stated, “Your call cannot be completed at this time.”

Our Customer Support team operates on weekdays, and we’ve now followed up via email as well.

Just to clarify, EDNA Builders is not connected via Single Sign-On (SSO) with your EDNA Learn account. This means your existing credentials won’t work across both platforms. To access Builders, you’ll need to create a separate login.
