Time Sheet Hourly Balance Question

Hello EDNA Community:

I was hoping to get a little help on a measure calculation called Hourly Balance. This is in the attached file. It’s a strange calculation which mostly = “Adj Productivity - Target Hours”. What makes it more challenging for me is some employee ID’s have a starting balance which gets included into the calculation. Based on a couple of other variables this monthly balance is recalculated each month. It’s like a running total .

I was using a number of techniques I saw in the Challenge held here on timesheets and calculated columns and measures. I’m up for input on either or both.

The main table being references is called “Master” and the measures are in “aaMeasures.”
