I understand that Microsoft offers cognitive services to perform text, sentiment, and more unstructured data analysis. I am looking for simple methods to extract certain words and phrases from medical notes. For example, how do I search for words such as delusion, hallucination, etc? Also, since context matters, I need to also grab a few words before and after these words to review the context. Are there any custom visuals except word cloud for text analysis? if not, what Dax formulas can I Use to extract the information?
