Hello,

I’ve been trying to get in touch within someone to get the new teams feature setup in the new version of the app. However, I can’t get anyone to respond. Any suggestions on how I can get this moving?

If you have purchased the 365 product for microsoft you would have access to power bi. Make sure it is downloaded as well as teams. Once that happens under conversations add the + sign and Power BI is an option.
