Summation Error

Hi,

I have created two calculated columns

  • 1St Line Groups
  • Line Groups
In the page 2 The Line Groups and Values are giving me the correct result except for 10, 11 and 19.
I do not want the 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 values to be added into line Order 10 “10. Memberships and subscriptions (Net of Membership bad debt expense)” and likewise for for 11.1 and 19.X.

Is there a way I can show in the value like
10. Memberships and subscription (net of membership bad dbt expense) and value 2,172,942
10.1 NFFS Exclusion - Fair market ***************************** 331,586
10.2 NFFS Exclusion - All Bad Debt Expense ******************* 0
10.3. Total number of Contributors **************************** 19,433
and Do not Show this here as it already the 10 Line Order and it is being displayed there, Memberships and Subscriptions in the Line Groups ********* 2,172,942

Your help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I Do not want the summation.

Your requirement is not clear to me .Can you explain a bit and if possible excepted output it will be a grt help

I have a line order from 1- 28 with their values but for 10, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 I dont want them to add it for e.g. 10 is 2,172,942 and 10.1 and 10.3 also shows the value 331,586 and 19,433 respectively, i want only 2,172,942 instead of 2,523,961.

Hope i am able to explain it well

Muhammad Khan

A gentle reminder @mohammedkhan11 that a perfect initial question includes all of the following:

  • A clear explanation of the problem you are experiencing

  • A mockup of the results you want to achieve

  • Your underlying data file (to allow us to go into Power Query if necessary to transform your data and/or data model – often DAX questions really end up being data modeling solutions)
