[Showcase] Dashboard Transformation

Hi.
Not sure this is the right place to post it, but I transformed the Employee Insights dashboard from a course here on EDNA. It has lots of storytelling with data fundamentals applied (based on Cole Nusbaumer’s book).

One of the most important points on it is the “who” part. I created it aiming at owners, who don’t need every single thing on the dashboard to be a dynamics metric and also need it to be easy and understand fast what the data shows. For this purpose, I was allowed to create static texts (showing the importance of analysts on the company, because they are the ones who will keep looking at the data and saying what they show).
