Share sample data

Hi All,

I have a dataset with over 3 years data and approx. 30M rows of data coming in from SQL, and a few separate excel sheets. I have a customized/complex date table and need to send a file to get help with my time calculations.
I was wondering if there was an easy way to create a sample file using my own data, but removing all sensitive data (sales, units sold, product info etc.) Just using dummy info, and not taking forever to create?
