I heard that, Shape map won’t work on power bi service portal due to its still in preview stage. But is their any alternate visual to show insights for US region and that should supports in power bi service portal as well.

Well shape map is working fine on the Power BI Service. Below is the screenshot provided for the reference of shape map in my PBI Service -

Thanks for you quick response!
I don’t see preview option to enable shape visual. looks like due to some security reasons, my companies IT team disabled this preview feature.
Is their any alternate custom visual to achieve it . I tried Choropleth Map visual, but when configure boundary json file for us, I’m getting error on visual saying that “Invalid Json file”.
