Selective Drill Down

I have a matrix visual with 4 drilldown levels -Master Category, Category_L2, Category_New, Project_New.

However, I don’t want Project_New(4th drill down) to appear under all Category_New values, I just want this 4th drill down level to appear under selected Category_New values say A,B,C
How to do this?
