Search with wildcards

Hey guys,
Is there any filter that i could search with Text.Start, i mean, if i choose to search in my visual all accounts that starts with 221 it shows only 221, 2211, 22110 etc and not the 35221, you know?
Anyone knows how to do this?

35221 doesn’t start with 221, it ends with it.

Well I’m not sure that by default or by writing some DAX is this even possible. But you can try the customized filter which is provided by the “OKVIZ”.

I’m providing a link below where you can also try out various options which is available on their site. But they provide this type of facility under the Premium version and not under the Free version. Below is the screenshot provided for the reference -
