Scheduled refresh error- "There's not enough memory to complete this operation."

Hello,
I’m trying to confirm that this error refers to the memory of the gateway machine and is not referring to the Power BI Service. We are using Power BI Pro. I do not have access to monitor/logs of gateway machine, but would need to request them from IT department.

As per Failure detail message it is problem with your gateway machine .
You can look into this thread it may help you.
