I am producing a report that I provide a narrative within each week.
I have a slicer set up to navigate by week so that I can look back through time and measure how the data changes over time.
As the week slicer changes the data inputted to the text box will naturally always be the latest text I entered.
Is there a method to save the data entered into a text box each week so that I can slice through the enteries by week?
One method I have used is to use MS Forms but this metod does not allow you to modify the text entery directly in the report.

Sure - while I haven’t used MS forms before, I regularly use Google forms for a similar task. I’m assuming they work similarly, so I’ll lay out what I do:
Create a Google form that automatically captures date/time for each record entry. Google Forms also automatically creates a spreadsheet to hold the responses.
In your form, create a paragraph text type field to capture the text input. At minimum, you will now have a separate autostamped record every time you make an addition to the form, with each record holding the datestamp and the text entered.
Just join your data from the spreadsheet created by form to your Dates table on the Date/Time field, slice on Week # and you should be off to the races…
