Reuse of Datasets

I would like to know if there are any tutorials of how to reuse this dataset that is published to power bi portal. In Tableau, we publish enterprise extracts to viz portal so that business can use those to perform visualizations. So, if a tutorial having publishing enterprise datasets will be very helpful and also more tutorials on publishing and using power bi portal will help.
