Resource downloads and customer support - issue

Hello - I recently downloaded one of the pbix resource downloads. The pbix file downloaded fine, but when in the query editor, the file seems to be looking for the source information - which did not come with the download.

I used the “contact us” form on the website…and it took me to an error page.
