Quickbooks Desktop Excel Report formatting

I’m curious if anyone has any recommendations for formatting standard P&L reports from QB Desktop so that they can be brought into Power BI for analysis. The current structure of these reports unstructured to properly pull into PBI. Here is a typical example:

Yes this can be difficult to get right in Power BI, that is why I devised a great solution just for this.
