[Question] Improper data labels positioning on Deneb

It looks like no matter how much I play with align, baseline and dx and dy, there will always be data labels “inside” the line. Is there a way to make it so it never overlaps the line, like the auto feature does on the native visual?

Also, I tried googling it, but could not find how to hide the category labels.

Not that I’ve found … I’ve needed to use expressions in the “align”, “baseline”, “xOffset”, and “yOffset” properties to calculate the position I want.
