Query Editor Parameter

Hi,

Why is it when I use a parameter to filter a visual in report view, the visual has grouped all records not selected by the parameter as a separate line. For example the visual is displaying
Sales Territory Total Sales
170061202 External 2200138

Total $172261341

Notice there is no description for the first row of the table. I have also attached the screen shot. I am unable to upload the pbix file.

On your Sales Territory column, is there only one type called “External”? The last 2 screenshots it looks like the only labeled sales territory is External, so therefore it is grouping all the other entries into a blank one. If that is not the only sales territory, then you must have other filters that are not showed. If that is the case, we will need to see the other filters applied to each table.
