Print Data in Power BI

Hi,

I have question about printing in Power Bi.
I cannot seem to find a way to print the data in Power BI. I see the print option is there but it is not printing the whole data.

For example, I tried printing a table. On the printout, it just displayed whatever was showing on the page (without scrolling). It did not include the data that was to be viewed using scroll bars.
I tried the following print button.

The same thing happens when you export to PDF.

Please advise…

Thank you!

Hi @gkhokher. You’re right, Power BI only prints what’s on the screen. To get all data contained in a visual, you can access the ellipsis (…) in the top-right corner, choose “Export Data”, and export the data to CSV. If you want formatted data, then, if you have a Premium or Premium Per User license, you can create a paginated visual that displays the data as you desire, then use that visual to export a full dataset (it’s been a while, I can’t remember all the formats, but I seem to remember Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.).
