I am trying to access an old webinar, and they are all showing that I need to upgrade my account, however I am a subscriber?

Hi Natty,

Checked your account and it appears to be active. Can you clear cache and reset your device? Then login again. Please update if any of the courses/event is still asking you to upgrade.
