PowerBI Setting

Hello Again Supporters,

Shall i know please whats the setting i should apply to my BI File or the main setting to be able to have the same top line above each object such as text or other charts same as below pic

also please note that in on of the file i see that there is an option to have the slicer or the filter as text box im not able to get the option shall i apply to change the filter to single text box as mentioned in the pic

Here are some important steps you should follow.

  1. Make sure that you have the latest Power BI Desktop version.
  2. Open this report, click on the File menu → Option and Setting ->Option ->Preview features, and make sure to select all the checkboxes apart from ‘On-Object Interaction’ (like below)


3. Click Ok and apply those changes and reopen your PBIX file. You should be good to go.

actually i tired the suggested settings but without luck im not able to have the top line which allows me to move the items smoothly this is my screen shoot showing the actual view rightnow

Looks like you got that screen print from somewhere. Where did you get it?

From the New Customer Analysis with Power BI

they used this files in the presentation for explanting this tutorial

ok then just down load the file and move your cursor around until you get that. I looks like a big box shape and then put the that object to the the back of everything

then go to the format tab on the right hand side and review the settings of it
