Power Query "DataSource.Error: invalid query locator"

Hi,

I have connected Salesforce objects to Power BI for two tables and made the data cleaning as per the requirements and my next step is to Merge these two tables. While expanding the table I’m getting the following error.
salesforce PQ issue

Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue?
