Dear,
We are planning to upgrade Power BI Pro to Premium. Is there any checklist to assess current resources/artefacts, in order to do a robust assessment and plan for smooth upgrade. I know that it is not recommended to move all workspaces to Premium capacity.
Also is it better to consider Microsoft Fabric instead of premium to get complete platform, would be great if any article/documents.
