I would like to start learning the power bi dataflow for the business requirements.
Has anyone had experience with snowflake ?
They say their product outperforms the power bi/ azure- datafactory dataflow?
Any thoughts if you have compared the two?

I have no experience with Snowflake - I am assuming you are talking about the Data Cloud product named Snowflake, and not a snowflake schema for your data model. But these links might be of some help:
