Have automated a Voice of the Customer workflow. Initial invite email goes out to people of which email address and other credentials are registered in a distribution list in Sharepoint inviting them to respond to a Microsoft Forms survey. After two days reminder goes out to the same people, regardless of whether they responded or not. Would like to change this so people that did respond in the meantime, do not get the reminder email. Tried this before but could not get it to work. Tried to retrieve the unique list of email addresses from the distribution list in Sharepoint and the unique email addresses from the Forms responses file in Sharepoint for a certain form ID to then send reminder email to every email address in the distribution list not found in the response file. Somehow the reminder still was sent to all people in the distirbution list. Can somebody tell me how to do this?
