I am currently working through the power apps EDNA course and am running into an issue comparing a text value and control value. I need help reformatting either the text value to control, or vice versa. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

The VIPLevel cannot be compared to your dropdown as your VIPLevel is text and Dropdown is numeric. Did you try to re-format the column type within Excel from string to number, or use the Value() function to convert it?
