PDF file Corrupted

Good Morning,

I have used the power query to import PDF files to excel with similar consistent table format to transform data suitable for import in accounting system to save time. I have used this over the past few months but recently when I try to import multiple PDF file from the folder it gave me error message displayed below.

I can open PDF invoice in chrome, edge explorer without any problem and is greatly surprised to see this error.

Could you please assist in solving this problem.

This usually happens when one PDF in the folder is formatted differently or slightly corrupted, and Power Query chokes on the whole batch. Try importing the files one at a time to find the “bad” PDF, or disable the preview in Power Query and rebuild the combine step. Often just re-saving the problem PDF (Print to PDF) fixes it.
