PBI Desktop error

Hi All,
My computer has a windows 7 32 bit operating system. I installed the Power BI Desktop successfully. But, when I open the PBI Desktop, it gives the following error. Please help.

Have you downloaded correct file as shown below. If not then please download it and reinstall, let us know if it works or not.

Quick question which package you have downloaded from mentioned link. Is it 2013 or recent 2019?
