Hi @nbaraili

I noticed you didn’t provide a PBIX file. Providing one will help users and experts find a solution to your inquiry faster and better.

A perfect initial question includes all of the following:

  • A clear explanation of the problem you are experiencing
  • A mockup of the results you want to achieve
  • Your current work-in-progress PBIX file
  • Your underlying data file (to allow us to go into Power Query if necessary to transform your data and/or data model – often DAX questions really end up being data modeling solutions)

Check out this thread on Tools and Techniques for Providing PBIX Files with Your Forum Questions

I also suggest that you check the forum guideline How To Use The Enterprise DNA Support Forum. Not adhering to it may sometimes cause delay in getting an answer.

Please also check the How To Mask Sensitive Data thread for some tips on how to mask your pbix file.
Not completing your data may sometimes cause delay in getting an answer.

Thank you!

Sorry for the delay. I was travelling and not able look into this.

In the below image, Column E is the multiplication of Column C and D and Column F is (B/E). Column C is constant and Column D is calculated based on latest date. Though i wrote a formula to achieve this in power bi, I am not getting the correct result. For your reference, I have attached the pbix file.

Calculation

@nbaraili please see the below solution along with the file.

Let me know if that works for you. Thanks

Hi Mohammed,
Thank you for writing back. Column C is calculated based on the country and for India it’s 45, China 40 and so on. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Thanks,

FTE

@nbaraili As per your description above, Result is based on YTD Standard hours / FTE_Hours which is giving correct result as 1,268.42
Please elaborate on the problem in detail as to what exactly you are looking for. Thanks

Just following up if you still require assistance to solve your inquiry.

Hi @nbaraili

We noticed that your inquiry was left unsolved for quite some time now.
Looks like your inquiry was out of the experts’ and users’ bounds.

If you were sure you provided all pertinent context to your concerns and read how to use the forum more effectively and still find your question unanswered, your membership also comes with relevant resources that may help you with your Power BI education, so we advise that you check these resources as well.

While our users and experts do as much as reasonable to help you with your inquiries, not all concerns can be attended to especially if there are some learnings to be done. Thank you!
