New Customer Churn

Had one clarification, i developed new customer churn report.
Individual Month New Customer Sales does not add up to the Ytd. Sales.
Im missing logical conclusion to mismatch in figures, please guide what is the logic applied for Ytd.

As for the Month it is x days prior to the Month say Jan.
But when it comes to Nov. (Ytd) Month, it x days prior to which month?

As a logic Ytd. New Customer Sales is higher than summation of Individual months. Where as Ytd. New Customers are lower than Summation of individual months.

Please assist.
