Missing certificates

Hi, I have recently completed 4 modules but then I didn’t receive any certificates for them.

Not sure where I went wrong. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi, Yes I saw the email, but it just tells me where to go to see the certificates.

I went there and there is still 5 certificates missing that I should have.
