Lost Access to content with my account

Hi,

Previously i have bought lifetime access with my account and used to have access to a number of showcases and now it looks like I only have access to 3. Is this the way it is supposed to be or an error? I understood that with the old account I would not lose access to anything.

i have reached out to them no response i’m able to see only 3 showcases with my current old subscription

@Ravi85 - did they reinstall your access? Did anyone reply to you?
