When importing my longitude/latitudes, I cannot format these into longitude/latitude:
How do I fix this?

Hello @Stuart,
Thank you for posting the query onto the Forum.
In power query, that option is not visible but you can load your table and then click on a particular field and then you can activate that option of categorization.
I’m attaching the screenshot below for the reference.
After converting the particular fields into Longitudes and Latitudes still if you’re are not able to see the map then you can check that those fields are checked as “Don’t Summarize”. Below is the screenshot attached for the reference.
And then you can view the map as per Longitudes and Latitudes. Below is the screenshot attached for the reference.
