Learning Platform videos not playing

Hi,

I’m unable to watch content on the online platform, videos simply won’t play.

This first happened to me last weekend, checked during the week and videos were working fine. Just tried to watch some content, same problem, videos won’t play.

I’ve tried logging out and in again, I’ve tried on two different laptops. Same results, videos won’t play.
