Onto the Enterprise DNA education learning portal, the courses and the videos are not running properly, there’s just so much lag while running the videos. This problem is there for quite sometime now. Can the team please look into this and fix it?
To verify the issue, you reported for may we ask for a sample video/course that you have experienced the issue that we we can replicate and identify the root cause.
If Chrome is your default browser, may we suggest that you check if it is on the most updated version. Likewise try using another browser to test if same issue occurs. Clearing up browser history/cache can definitely help for all our site updates to reflect. You may also try changing the “Quality” of video sa to allower 720p just to test if that has something to do also with your connection speed.
