Intersect Function Tutorial

This issue came up during the DAX Formulas Deep Dive, for the “Intersect Function Tutorial”. The Following table makes no sense to me.

State Code Customers Purchased two months in a row
Fl 13
NY 3
CT 2
MA 2
NC 2
VA 2
NJ 1

Total 116

This table is being filtered by the year 2016 and the month of June. Only 25 customers are being listed
the other 91 customers are missing. I looked at this backwards and forwards and it continues to make no sense.
Any Thoughts would be appreciated.
