Incremental Refresh problem on PostgreSql database on Amazon AWS

I am having a problem getting incremental refresh working in PBI Service on a PostgreSql database running on Amazon AWS.

It appears that it may be an issue with Query folding not working.

Hi Paul, what is the connection mode you are using? Import or DirectQuery or Composite?
