How to use measure as a Slicer by DAX

Hi, Guys, I am pretty sure this question has been asked by other many times. I know Sam cover some dynamic segment in his training, but I always am wondering how I can create a slice using measure. For example, I have a measure call sales, can I use Sales as a slicer to show only the sales greater than certain amount?

If you know the resource on this Forum or in Sam’s training, please let me know.
