How to locate the day on which cumulative total is greater or equal to 80%

I’ve attached a pbix file with a sample dataset and several measures created. Also included a table.

My goal is to create a measure which isolates the lag day on which the cumulative % of total reaches 80%.

I included an image with the highlighted row, the result I’m looking for is lag day = 161.

Really elegant solution. I had just started working this as a MINX(TOPN()) pattern, but yours is much cleaner.
